Can I Return Travel Accessories If I Change My Mind?
We accept returns on most unused accessories with original packaging intact. Important Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items designed for personal use if the packaging has been opened. This includes Neck Pillows, Eye Masks, Ear Plugs, and Compression Socks. Please choose these items carefully.
Change of Mind: Yes. If you simply change your mind or the size isn't right, the cost of return postage to our Eagle Farm warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Items: No. If an item is deemed faulty under our warranty policy, we will cover the shipping costs.
