I have had the model previous to this and it has been great. The improvements being loop on the front of the bag that can be hooked into the locking system is great. I am in two minds about being manufactured with recycled materials. If is like shopping bags made from recycled materials, they degrade after a time. Time will tell

Smart looking case. Love the funky green trim, it really stands out and looks very classy. Spacious with well designedinterior lid, with many pouches and pockets. It also has a spacious exterior pocket. While its not lockable, it very handy for a jacket or raincoat which is easily accessible if you arrive in bad weather. No need to unlock the case and rummage for something. This bag has been around the world already, numerous airlines and still looks as good as new.

Excellent price and prompt delivery. This soft sided suitcase is fantastic, better than my old Samsonite cases. Very useful pockets and pouches, including a waterproof one, in the suitcase lid. The wheels have been through many airports during the time we have had it and despite my initial concern that thery might get damaged as they protrude a bit more than my previous case, they are holding up really well. (they don't wheel smoothly over carpet in hotel lobbies etc, but I doubt many of them do) The exapnsion zip allows the case to be stuffed to capacity. Excellent as I am definitely an 'over packer'! Finally, the funky colour edging trim makes for easy identification on the luggage carousel aswell as givin a touch of class.

What Happens If The Wheels Break?

This product comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials. If you encounter an issue, we are here to help!

Please Note: Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by airline mishandling (e.g., cracks or missing wheels after a flight). If your bag is damaged during transit, you must file a claim with your airline before leaving the airport.

Is This Product Waterproof?

Most of our supplier's range of luggage and bags are designed to be Water Resistant, meaning they can withstand rain showers and splashes during travel, but they are not fully "Waterproof" (submersible).

  • Hard Shell Suitcases: The outer shell is impervious to water, keeping your contents dry in the rain. However, water can eventually seep through the zipper teeth in heavy downpours.
  • Soft Shells & Fabric Bags: These are typically treated with water-repellent coatings to bead off light rain, but prolonged exposure to heavy storms may result in moisture soaking through.
  • Leather Items: Genuine leather is porous. While it handles light splashes, we recommend keeping leather bags out of heavy rain to prevent staining or damage.

Recommendation: If you are traveling with sensitive electronics (laptops/cameras) in extreme weather, we always recommend placing them inside an internal plastic sleeve or dry bag for 100% protection.

How Do I Set The TSA Combination Lock?

The default code is 0-0-0. To set your own:

1) Press the reset button (usually with a pen),

2) Dial your desired numbers,

3) Slide the release latch or press the button to unlock as normal.

The keyhole you see is strictly for TSA (Transportation Security Administration) and Customs officers. They hold a universal master key that allows them to open and inspect your luggage for security purposes without breaking the lock or damaging your zippers.

How Do I Clean My Suitcase?

For Hard Shells, simply wipe down with a damp cloth and warm soapy water to remove scuffs. For Soft Shells, use a fabric cleaner or spot-clean with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.
