Please Note: Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by airline mishandling (e.g., cracks or missing wheels after a flight). If your bag is damaged during transit, you must file a claim with your airline before leaving the airport.

Most of our supplier's range of luggage and bags are designed to be Water Resistant, meaning they can withstand rain showers and splashes during travel, but they are not fully "Waterproof" (submersible).

• Hard Shell Suitcases: The outer shell is impervious to water, keeping your contents dry in the rain. However, water can eventually seep through the zipper teeth in heavy downpours.
• Soft Shells & Fabric Bags: These are typically treated with water-repellent coatings to bead off light rain, but prolonged exposure to heavy storms may result in moisture soaking through.
• Leather Items: Genuine leather is porous. While it handles light splashes, we recommend keeping leather bags out of heavy rain to prevent staining or damage.

Recommendation: If you are traveling with sensitive electronics (laptops/cameras) in extreme weather, we always recommend placing them inside an internal plastic sleeve or dry bag for 100% protection.

The default code is 0-0-0. To set your own:

1) Press the reset button (usually with a pen),

2) Dial your desired numbers,

3) Slide the release latch or press the button to unlock as normal.

The keyhole you see is strictly for TSA (Transportation Security Administration) and Customs officers. They hold a universal master key that allows them to open and inspect your luggage for security purposes without breaking the lock or damaging your zippers.

For Hard Shells, simply wipe down with a damp cloth and warm soapy water to remove scuffs. For Soft Shells, use a fabric cleaner or spot-clean with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.
