Please do not return the item to Luggage Direct for resolution, however you may contact Luggage Direct for assistance.

We only deal with the most reputable companies, so all products we sell come with a warranty that covers any maufacturing defect on any part of the item.

Damage done by carriers and wear and tear are not covered and a claim needs to be made against the carrier should they damage your luggage.
