30 DAY Money Back Guarantee
All Luggage Direct products come with a Money-Back Guarantee.
We aren’t happy if you aren’t happy - simple as that! we understand you wan’t to be comfortable purchasing the right luggage either for your self or for your friends/family. That’s why, we have extended our Money Back Guarantee so that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days from date of invoice , for a full refund except postal charges. Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags still attached. Please email info@LuggageDirect.com.au to arrange for a return.

Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase price. *Shipping costs, if any, are not refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for whatever reason you may return any unused product within 30 days from the date of invoice for a prompt refund. * Shipping is not refundable.
For all returns Luggage Direct requires your full name, receipt and order number along with the goods which must be unused and have all original tags still attached. You can contact our Customer Service Team at info@luggagedirect.com.au to arrange a return.
All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. Products that are received in bad condition will not be refunded and return delivery charges will be payable by customer.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost or damaged in transit.

Any orders that require boxes for postage are sent in used boxes to ensure maximum use of the box before it is recycled
We only sell quality products that are made to last - maximising the use of the earths resources and reducing land-fill
We do not purchase foam beads but ensure that the cardboard boxes used are cut to the size of your suitcase
Old and Excess cardboard boxes are always given to surrounding businesses in QLD so that they can be reused before being recycled
We recycle all paper - using the backs of used paper where possible
All lights and equipment in our Luggage Warehouse in Brisbane QLD are turned off at night
