That’s why, For all purchases which are made online through our website we have extended our Money Back Guarantee so that if you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from date of invoice for a FULL refund (not including postal charges however). Warranty Issues Over Time
All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. Please do not return the item to Luggage Direct for resolution without prior authority, however you may contact Luggage Direct for assistance at Info@LuggageDirect.com.au.
