How long will it take to receive my order?

If you order by phone before 12.00 pm, your order will be dispatched the same business day. Next business day, if after 12.00 pm. Australia Post pick’s up daily, weekdays. Refer to the table below for estimated delivery times throughout Australia

In the unlikely event that a package is lost in transit, Luggage Direct cannot accept responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You can request insurance of $5 per order. This request can be chosen at the freight page during checkout and will be added to your bill.

When will my order ship?

We will dispatch your order same business day if we get it before 12.00 pm. Next business day if we get your order after 12.00 pm.

Where will my item ship from?

Your item is dispatched from our huge warehouse located in West End, Brisbane, Queensland. We are open to the public 7 days a week

Can I track my order?

Yes You will receive a complimentary email the day your order is dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse to confirm its way to you.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post* E Parcel. You are emailed a tracking number and instructions on how to track the order via their web site. If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to helpdesk@LuggageDirect.com.au The customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.
